Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy sets out how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Pre-orders (PRESALE)
When you pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in stock. We may collect no payment or make a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then complete and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet shipped. If the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it, but you can request a full refund. Please see our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency of the subscription you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
