- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY.
The client undertakes to make lawful use of the Services, without contravening current legislation, or harming the rights and interests of third parties.

Likewise, you undertake to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be received within the usual delivery hours of goods (Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. 00 to 19:00).
Failure to comply with any of these General Contract Conditions may result in the cancellation or cancellation of orders by NAHDIR without prior notice to the client and without entailing a right to any compensation.
If the shipment is rejected by the customer, NAHDIR will not refund the amount of shipping costs, which will be assumed by the customer.
- INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the works, brands, logos, and any other subject to protection, contained on the Website correspond exclusively to NAHDIR, unless different ownership is indicated.
The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of such works, brands, logos, etc. constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of NAHDIR or the owner thereof, and may give rise to the exercise of any judicial or extrajudicial actions that may correspond to them in the exercise of their rights.

- NOTIFICATIONS.
All notifications, requirements, requests and other communications that must be made by the parties in relation to these General Purchase Conditions must be made in writing and will be understood to have been duly sent by ordinary mail to the address of the other party or their email address. .

- NULLITY AND INEFFICIENCY OF THE CLAUSES.
If any clause included in these General Purchase Conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will affect only said provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the rest of the General Conditions of Purchase subsisting. - APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTIONS.

In the event of any controversy that may arise from the interpretation of these general purchase conditions and the possible actions derived from the purchase procedure, NAHDIR is subject to the Consumer Arbitration System, recognizing the effectiveness of the awards issued by it.

When the parties do not submit to the Consumer Arbitration System, in the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be the ones that establishes the applicable legal regulations regarding competent jurisdiction, in which, in the case of final consumers, the place of fulfillment of the obligation or the domicile of the purchasing party is served.
