Refund policy

  1. RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS.

The Client will be able to modify an order as long as it has not been shipped. If, for any reason, they want to make a modification regarding the order, they must notify it as soon as possible via email to hello@nahdir.comwith indication of the desired modifications. Any difference in amount between the original order and the modified one will be processed according to the procedure corresponding to the chosen payment method.

For its part, NAHDIR will not be able to replace a product requested by the Client without prior consultation with the Client. If it were the case that, for reasons beyond NAHDIR's control, the supply of the order is not possible, the Client will be offered the possibility of exchanging it for a substitute product with similar characteristics, granting the Client the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

If the Client cancels a confirmed order after it has left NAHDIR's facilities towards the destination, or does not accept the package upon arrival, NAHDIR may demand payment for the transportation costs incurred due to the cancellation.

All product returns that meet the following requirements will be accepted:

  • Returns of the product will not be accepted without the original packaging box, unless it is due to manufacturing defects, in which case an exchange for identical items will be made.
  • Returns of the order will not be accepted if the product has been modified (size adjustment or any other modification or change) or if the product has been used.
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs in case of a return, which must be paid directly to the transport company at the time of collection.
  • The item to be returned must be properly packaged for return in the same box it was received.

The reasons for return will be:

  • That the product does not meet the characteristics of the description shown on our website. In this case, the amount of the product and the shipping costs will be refunded. This refund will be made to the payment method used by the customer through a refund.
  • That the product comes from a defective origin. In this case, a replacement with another identical product will be made once the product to be returned has been received. NAHDIR will cover the return shipping costs and the reshipment.

 

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, NAHDIR recognizes the right of withdrawal for any purchase made in https://www.nahdir.com/ within a maximum period of 60 calendar days from the moment the Customer received the product. To do this, you must complete a form that you will receive by email after requesting the return of the product due to the right of withdrawal by sending an email to hello@nahdir.com or a WhatsApp to the number +34 624037234.

The Customer must return, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The deadline will be considered met if the return of the goods is made before the end of this period, sending them to:

In relation to withdrawal costs, this right cannot incur any cost for the user, beyond the fact that if the return is purely due to the right of withdrawal, and not to a lack of conformity of the product, the user must bear the cost of the return shipping, unless the company Nahdir has agreed to cover them or has not previously informed the user that they must bear these costs. (art. 108 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, TRLGDCU).

Therefore, the Customer shall bear the direct cost (shipping) of returning the goods.

In all cases, the products subject to return must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts, if applicable, included. If this is not the case, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The returns department will verify that everything is correct and in perfect condition, granting authorization to the Administration Department for the refund and will communicate this to the Customer via email.



5.1Products not subject to the right of withdrawal.

According to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, it will not be possible to request the right of withdrawal in relation to:

"The right of withdrawal"nowill be applicable to contracts that refer to:

  1. c) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
  2. d) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  3. e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

According to current regulations, returns of food products such as infant formula, baby food, dietary supplements, etc. are not accepted as quality control is lost. For hygiene reasons, returns of girdles, panties, bras, diaper cakes, glasses, mattresses, wrist supports, knee pads, masks, among others, are not accepted.

 

  1. PRODUCT WARRANTY.

The warranty period is two years, from the delivery of the product, although it does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, incorrect use or improper handling, unsuitable tension, incorrect installations, or materials that are worn out from use.

This warranty is offered both by NAHDIR and by the manufacturers and, where applicable, authorized distributors of the product.

The warranty offered by NAHDIR will become invalid under the following circumstances:

  • Impacts and/or inadequate transportation.
  • Manipulation of any seal or identification/control label.
  • Normal wear from use.
