Shipping policy

At NAHDIR, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, including efficient and reliable shipping service. Below, we present our shipping policies:

  1. Quick Processing:
    All orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

  2. Shipping Times:

    • Standard Orders: Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the moment they are processed.
    • Custom Orders: For orders with customization, the processing time includes 2 additional days to ensure that each engraving meets Nahdir's quality standards, extending the delivery time to 4 to 5 business days.
  3. Shipping on Business Days:
    All our shipments are made exclusively on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to maintain high standards of efficiency in processing and delivering your orders during business days, ensuring that you receive your products in a timely manner.

  4. Shipment Tracking:
    Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. This gives you the peace of mind of knowing exactly where your package is at any time.

  5. Returned Package:
    If the shipping company makes two delivery attempts and you are not available, the packages will be returned to our warehouse. If you wish to reship, you will need to pay the shipping costs again. In case of requesting a refund, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
